Entitlement to work
All prospective staff must produce evidence of their right to work in the UK before they are given employment. Acceptable documents include birth certificate, P45, P60, National Insurance card and passport.
I give consent to The Deltic Group Ltd and its group of Companies to process personal data, and confirm that any individual whose personal information I give the Company, and whose personal data is going to be processed by the Company, have also given their consent for me to do so, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. This includes sensitive personal data, transfer of their information abroad, and the receipt on their behalf of any Data Protection notices. I certify that the information given on this form is correct and I am not withholding any relevant information, I understand that misrepresentation, falsification or omission of factual information requested on this form may lead to dismissal. I understand that if I am offered a position in the Company my engagement will subject to references being received that satisfy the Company, a contractual probation period and to my passing a medical examination if required.
